Summer practices are practical applications carried out at the private or public institutions where students can experience working life outside the university to reinforce their education and skills with professional life. The institutions where students work use the relevant disciplines in their businesses as main or secondary occupations, producing projects or services for commercial purposes. These practices are vocational training activities with a certain order and rules.

In the internship studies, it is aimed to improve the student in many aspects: knowing the profession, understanding the relations with other profession groups, learning the legal and managerial dimension of the subject, gaining design and planning practice, using computer technologies, providing information and knowledge for the planning, design and implementation process of the profession at the graduation stage, and experience related to the subjects to be specialized.

Interior Architecture students perform two compulsory internships at the end of the 4th and 6th semesters: construction site and architectural office.

You can access the documents of summer practice under “Forms” tab.
